What is Suprvisr AI?

Suprvisr AI is a role-aware AI assistant built for teams. It helps you draft content, answer questions, write code, summarize information, and more — tailored to your job function.

How is Suprvisr different from ChatGPT?

Suprvisr is purpose-built for workplace use with your team. Key differences:

  • Role-aware: Responses are tailored to your role (Developer, PM, Designer, etc.)
  • Team-integrated: Shared organization context and member management
  • Curated prompts: Role-specific example prompts to get you started
  • Feature Board: Direct feedback channel to the Suprvisr team

Do I need to be technical to use it?

No. Suprvisr is designed for all roles. Whether you’re an engineer, a marketer, or an operations manager, the AI adapts to how you work.

Can I use Suprvisr on mobile?

The web app is mobile-responsive and works in any modern browser. A dedicated mobile app is on the roadmap.


Account & Access

How do I join my team’s organization?

Ask your admin to send you an invite link, or sign up with your company email if your organization has domain-based access enabled.

Can I belong to multiple organizations?

This is on the roadmap. Currently, each user is associated with one organization at a time.

How do I reset my password?

Use the “Forgot password” link on the login page. You’ll receive a reset email within a few minutes.

How do I update my name or role?

Go to Settings → Personalization. You can update your preferred name and role at any time.


Data & Privacy

Is my chat data private?

Your conversations are private to you and your organization. They are not shared with other organizations or used to train AI models without your consent.

Who can see my chats?

By default, only you can see your chats. Organization admins may have access to usage data, but not conversation content (check your organization’s policies for specifics).

Where is my data stored?

Suprvisr uses enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with data stored in secure, compliant environments. Contact your admin or support for jurisdiction-specific details.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can delete individual conversations from the chat interface. To request full account deletion, contact support.


Billing

Is there a free tier?

Suprvisr may offer a trial or limited free tier. Contact your account admin or the Suprvisr team for current pricing details.

Who manages billing for my organization?

Billing is managed at the organization level by the account admin.

What happens if we exceed our usage limits?

You’ll receive a notification before hitting limits. Contact the Suprvisr team to discuss plan options.
