AI Personality

What it does: Admins and owners can customize the AI’s personality for their entire organization. Define personality traits, your brand’s worldview and value proposition, and add custom instructions that apply to every AI response.

How to set it up

Only Admins and Owners can access AI Personality settings.

Go to Settings → Organization

Click Settings (gear icon) in the sidebar and select the Organization tab.

Find the AI Personality section

Scroll to the AI Personality section (marked with a sparkle icon and violet accent).

Fill in the personality fields

Click Save AI Personality when ready. Changes apply immediately to all AI responses across your organization.

Tips & gotchas

  • Both traits are required — the save button is disabled until both personality trait fields have content
  • Custom instructions are optional — use them for specific rules like “always respond in British English” or “never mention competitor products”
  • Organization-wide — these settings affect every team member’s AI interactions, not just your own
  • Layered with user context — AI Personality settings combine with each user’s role and personal memories to create a tailored experience

Start with the personality traits and worldview. Add custom instructions later once you see how the AI responds — you may not need them.

  • Personalization — individual user settings (name, role, theme)
  • AI Memory — personal context that shapes AI responses per user
  • AI Chat — the main chat interface
